Licensing – Pie in the Sky® Pastry Shop

You are required to have the opening cost investment plus the cost of the furniture/equipment, which is approximately 50% of the cost of the license. As well, you need to take into account that there is a weekly investment for the purchase of products, packaging, coffee and tea.

Costs are relative to the area.

Pastry Shop Requirements

• Cash Register

The design and image of the Pastry shop will be supervised, as well as the purchase of the furniture. Exclusive rights to the area can be had by committing by contract to open other branches in the zone within the time period of 1 (one) year after the opening of the first Pastry shop. All products will be sent from PIE IN THE SKY®, Bucerias, Nayarit, on Monday and Friday of every week. Orders will be made in the first hour of opening and 3 days before the required delivery date. A deposit the total cost of the order is required the same day and confirmation of the deposit needs to be sent by fax.

Research will be conducted to determine which of our products will be in more demand in your area or city.

We will assist in looking for the best area to open the pastry shop and supervise the opening.

The cost of the license is for the use of the image and name of the pastry shop, aiding in the opening of the establishment and training of personnel.

All products are manufactured in Bucerias, Nayarit.

We will train personnel in the preparation of drinks and variety/cuts of product, as well and basic decoration / adornments.

Shipments have a minimal cost.

Pie in the Sky® is available and open to discuss the expectations and needs/interests of all interested parties. We are committed to coming to an agreement beneficial to all parties concerned.
