What can I say? Our wedding cake left me, my husband and our guests speechless. It was the single most magnificent chocolate cake I have ever had and I cannot imagine any other cake in my lifetime measuring up.
It was so dense, so moist, so creamy, it so completely surpassed any expectation anyone would ever have for a wedding cake.

I wish to tell you how much our clients like your deserts! They have been using your deserts about twice a week from what Humberto tells me and have been very happy with them. Numero uno is the New York Cheesecake (no surprise!) followed by the Chocolate cake. We have always had good food at Villa Encantada, but you have really helped us step up "our game" in the desert department.

I just wanted to let you know that I got married recently and for my table favors I gave everybody one of your fabulous Besos. They were a HUGE hit!!! Most of my guests couldn't wait to eat them and gobbled them up before dinner. People were asking for more and if a Beso was left unattended it 'mysteriously' disappeared. People were even looking for more Besos the next morning.... I've never seen anything like it! I am a Wedding Coordinator and have done over 100 weddings and I have to say, I have never seen a more popular or successful wedding favor. Not even one was left behind or put somewhere and forgotten... trust me I searched and searched for mine, but I guess somebody figured the Bride had 'enough on her plate' and didn't need one, hahaha... but I am very happy that my guests enjoyed them so much and I would definitely recommend them to any bride looking for a memorable wedding favor.

Dear Susan,

Well, will wonders never cease! Yesterday I visited my local Cactus for some side-dishes to serve with a Sesame-Miso-Mirin-Soy-Ginger-marinated Black Cod and what should I see near the cash register but a fresh batch O'Besos!

We bought a half-dozen. Two were gifts, one was sliced and served with some fresh raspberries and a little Grand Marnier, and the others are resting in my fridge until tomorrow when I will be visiting a glass-blower friend who would rather have Besos than money!

There are other soft-center Chocolate items out there, but you really have a special touch and I am so glad to know about you.

Yes, we did. We visited your at Puerto Vallarta about five times!! during our stay. I was told you were at Bucerías but ask one of your woung employees to give you our greetings.

It was very nice to be there again. Your cakes were all delicious. The mango cake was a real treat; the nutcake very rich and the brownie one left me speachless.

We cannot express enough our gratitude toward your premium service. The wedding was wonderful and the cake was magnificent. It was exactly as imagined and the taste was out of this world. Sadly, when we went off to our honeymoon there was no cake left! Everyone enjoyed it so much!! I will be getting pictures back and will send you some as I know this cake was actually a combination design from a few on your website.

Please thank the deliverers one more time for me. Casa Vela is a difficult place to get to in Sayulita and as I understand, they had to walk up the very steep hill to the house. My mom said that they still had "service with a smile". Unbelievable! We tried our best to take care of them as we know this was an added effort and we hope we made it worth the time and effort.
